Cook spaghetti.

Drain and cut into 2-inch pieces.

Beat together Ricotta, eggs, sugar and flavoring and add to spaghetti. Turn into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (greased) and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 minutes.

When cold can refrigerate.

When serving, sprinkle confectioners sugar on top and cut in squares.
