Macaroni Pie
Macaroni Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. macaroni, 2 cheddar cheese blocks (2 lb.), 3 egg yolks, 1 c. milk and 1 stick butter/margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil macaroni until soft.
Pour 3 yolks in pan along with the milk and stir until it comes to a boil.
Place macaroni in casserole dish.
Spread cheese, season with salt and pepper. Place in butter and pour sauce over mixture and reheat.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
