Macaroni Pie
Macaroni Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. macaroni noodles, 5 eggs, 3 c. milk, 16 oz. extra sharp new york cheddar cheese and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

First cook noodles.
Drain water off and add butter until melted.
Stir in beaten eggs and cut up cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put in casserole sprayed with Pam for approximately 30 to 35 minutes in hot oven (350Β°).
Do not overcook.
To check and see if done, take a case knife and stick in middle of macaroni.
If it looks congealed, it is done.
