Macaroni Picnic Salad
Macaroni Picnic Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked, cooled and drained, 1 1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced, 1/2 c. green onion, thinly sliced, 1/2 c. radishes, sliced and 1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl.
Combine and mix salad dressing or mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt and celery seed.
Pour over macaroni mixture.
Add eggs and mix well.
Cover and chill several hours.
Serve on crisp salad greens, if desired and garnish with the crumbled bacon.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
