Macaroni, Cheese and Tomato Casserole
Macaroni, Cheese And Tomato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. large macaroni, 1/2 to 1 onion, chopped (optional), 1/2 lb. any type longhorn cheese, 1 can cheddar cheese soup and 1 pt. tomatoes (juice and all), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil macaroni and onion together in salted water until macaroni is tender; drain.
Cube at least 1/2 pound cheese in bowl.
Add in soup and the boiled macaroni and blend together. Add to this the tomatoes.
Place in a buttered casserole dish.
Bake 1 hour covered in 400Β° oven.
