Macaroni Casserole
Macaroni Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. chopped onion, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 6 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Simmer onion in butter until soft.
Stir in flour, salt and celery salt.
Gradually add milk and liquid from peas (1/2 cup). Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Combine sauce, peas and macaroni in casserole.
Put thinly sliced meat on top; bake 1/2 hour.
