Macaroni And Cheese is an moderately easy family-friendly dish. Made with 1 c. uncooked macaroni (4 oz.), 4 oz. sharp cheese, cut up (1 c.), 1 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Drop macaroni in 3 cups rapidly boiling salted water (2 teaspoons salt).
Bring back to rapid boil.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
Cover with tight fitting lid, remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
Rinse with hot water; drain. Heat oven to 350Β°.
Place alternating layers of macaroni, cheese and milk in greased 1-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
