Mac-n-Cheese
Mac-N-Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. macaroni, cooked, 16 oz. cheddar cheese, 16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, 16 oz. swiss cheese and milk (enough to cover halfway up baking dish), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook macaroni; drain.
In a large bowl, shred cheeses on macaroni and stir gently.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in pats of butter.
Pour into baking dish of gallon size.
Pour over milk.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or more if needed.
