Mac-n-Cheese
Mac-N-Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) bag elbow macaroni (2 c. cooked), 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Prepare elbow macaroni as package directs.
Drain.
In medium saucepan, melt butter.
Stir in flour and salt.
Blend in milk. Cook and stir until thickened.
Mix cheeses together.
Reserve 1/4 cup.
Add remaining cheese to sauce; stir until melted.
Mix in macaroni and parsley.
Pour into 2-quart casserole dish, top with reserved cheese and crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Garnish if desired.
Serves 4 to 6.
