Lye Soap
Lye Soap is an easy dinner. Made with 6 lb. fat, melted, 1 can lye and 2 1/2 pt. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve the lye in the hot water; let cool, then pour lye solution in a slow, easy stream into melted fat, stirring constantly.
Continue stirring until cool.
Pour into boxes that have been dipped in cold water.
Cut into desired size of squares when cold and set.
You can add perfumed bath oil, if so desired.
