Luscious Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large jello (peach), 1 large cool whip, 1 bar cream cheese (soft) and 1 (no. 2) can pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain and save juice.
Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
Add drained pineapple.
Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 1/2 hours.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add pineapple juice.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Mix in jello.
