Luscious Cake
Luscious Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 3/4 c. oil, 1 small can mandarin oranges and juice, 4 eggs and 1 small can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix first 4 ingredients together and bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Drain can of crushed pineapple when cake is done.
While still hot, pour pineapple juice over cake.
Poke a few holes in cake with toothpick.
Let cake cool.
Mix drained pineapple, Cool Whip, and instant pudding.
Spread over cake.
Store in refrigerator.
