Lunch For A Bunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pillsbury hot roll mix, 1 pkg. very thinly sliced ham, 1 c. grated swiss cheese, 1/4 c. butter, softened and 1 small pkg. hidden valley original salad dressing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare roll mix according to package directions.
When ready to shape, on a well floured surface, knead the dough about 10 times.
Roll dough to form rectangles about 12 x 18 inches.
Mix 1 teaspoon dressing mix with butter; spread on dough.
Sprinkle on cheese and place ham slices on cheese.
Use the longer side and roll up, jelly roll fashion.
Pinch the raw edges into the dough and form a big circle (zero) on a greased pizza pan.
Pinch ends together.
Cover; let rise until double in size (about 45 to 60 minutes).
Slit top using kitchen shears every 3 inches.
