Lunch Box Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1 heaping c. firmly packed brown sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grease and flour 13 x 8-inch cake pan.
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and nuts in a large mixer bowl. Blend well at low speed.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate pieces, nuts and a little white sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
