Lumpia
Lumpia is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 to 1/2 lb. ground pork, 1/2 lb. ground round, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1/4 to 1/2 lb. shrimp, chopped and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix and brown together ground pork and ground round.
Add onion to meat mixture and saute.
Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add eggs.
Cool mixture, then add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Wrap in lumpia wrappers.
Put about 1 heaping tablespoonful on a wrapper.
(Mixture must be cool before wrapping, or wrapper will fall apart.)
Deep fry until golden brown.
