Lumpia
Lumpia is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 lb. pork sausage, 2 c. finely chopped onions, 1 c. finely chopped celery and 1 small bag (16 oz.) shredded carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown the ground beef and drain.
Set aside.
Brown pork sausage and drain.
Set aside.
In a large fry pan, add oil and heat.
Add garlic, ginger, and pepper.
Simmer for one minute. Add onion and celery and simmer for two more minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add carrots, cook and stir for two minutes.
Add broccoli slaw, stir and simmer two more minutes.
Add cole slaw, stir and simmer one more minute.
Add both meats and stir well. Simmer one more minute.
Add soy sauce and stir.
Heat thoroughly (about 2-3 minutes). Pour into a colander and drain well. Refrigerate mixture overnight to chill.
