Luau Ribs
Luau Ribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars strained peaches (baby food), 1/3 c. catsup, 1/3 c. vinegar, 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together all ingredients except ribs; set aside.
Rub ribs on both sides with salt and pepper.
Place ribs, meat side up, in a foil-lined shallow pan.
Bake in a very hot 450° oven for 15 minutes.
Spoon off fat.
Pour sauce over ribs.
Continue baking at 350° for 1 1/2 hours until done, basting with sauce several times.
Cut into serving pieces.
