Lower Fat Spaghetti Pie
Lower Fat Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, 3 egg whites, pam or mazola spray and 8 oz. fat-free cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook and drain pasta; remove 1 cup.
Toss rest with Parmesan cheese and egg whites.
Turn into sprayed 10-inch pie plate and press to form crust.
Spread cottage cheese on top.
Brown hamburger and drain well.
Stir in 1 cup spaghetti and spaghetti sauce.
Spoon meat over cottage cheese.
Top with onions, peppers and mushrooms, as desired.
Cover loosely with greased foil and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake 10 minutes longer, uncovered.
