Low Sugar Fruit Compote is an easy dinner. Break up cake into egg size pieces in large serving bowl.
Add fruit and juice, then prepare pudding mix made with only 2 cups milk (rather than 3).
Mix lightly.
Arrange a small amount of fruit on top.
Top with Cool Whip.
