Wash cucumbers.
Pack into sterilized jars.
Place 1/2 clove garlic and 1 head dill in each jar.
Heat vinegar, water, and salt substitute in saucepan, until boiling.
Cover cucumbers with hot liquid, leaving 1/2 inch head space.
Adjust lids.
Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
Allow 5 days to ripen.
