Low-Fat Pie
Low-Fat Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small sugar-free jello, any flavor (i like orange best), 2/3 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) lite cream cheese, 1 c. lite cottage cheese and 2 c. lite cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put everything except Cool Whip and graham cracker crumbs in blender and blend until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs in bottom of pie plate.
Pour mixture over crumbs; refrigerate.
