Low-Fat Paella
Low-Fat Paella is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 whole boneless chicken breast, cut in strips, 1 onion, sliced, 1 tsp. crushed garlic, 2 tbsp. safflower oil and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large pot, saute chicken, onion and garlic until chicken is slightly brown.
Add water, rice, broth, seasonings and tomatoes. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover.
Simmer 45 minutes.
Stir in peas and pimientos.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Serves 4.
