Low-Fat Marinated Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1/2 c. kraft free italian dressing, 1/4 c. soy sauce and 1 pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Pour dressing and soy sauce in skillet.
Heat to boiling. Blend with whisk.
Reduce heat to medium.
Place chicken breasts in skillet and dump mushrooms on top, if desired.
Cover skillet and cook 4 to 6 minutes.
Turn breasts and cook additional 4 to 6 minutes until juice runs clear when poked with fork.
Serve with rice or noodles.
