Low-Fat Lasagna
Low-Fat Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. ground beef or ground turkey, 1 jar low-fat spaghetti sauce, 1 (16 oz.) tomatoes, drained, 8 uncooked lasagna noodles and 1 lb. fat free or 1% cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In skillet, brown meat until no longer pink.
Pour off any fat. Add tomatoes and spaghetti sauce.
Spread 1/3 of sauce mixture in a 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
Lay on 4 of the noodles; spread 1/2 of the cottage cheese over noodles, then repeat 1/3 of the sauce mixture, remaining noodles and sauce.
