Low-Fat Lasagna
Low-Fat Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean hamburger, 1 (30 oz. or larger) jar your favorite spaghetti sauce, 1 large container low-fat small curd cottage cheese, 1 small green pepper, chopped and 1 c. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown hamburger and drain off any fat.
Add mushrooms, onion and green pepper and saute until tender.
Add spaghetti sauce and simmer.
Cook lasagna noodles.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan (use margarine or spray with Pam).
When all ingredients are cooked, make layers in pan, alternating noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, noodles, cottage cheese and sauce.
When you reach the top of pan, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
