Low-Fat Lasagna
Low-Fat Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium size bowl fat-free cottage cheese, 1 small can fat-free spaghetti sauce, 1 lb. ground turkey, 1 small onion, shredded and black pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Fry ground turkey and drain.
Add rest of ingredients: spaghetti sauce, onion and pepper.
Boil lasagna noodles (about 6 or 8; I break in half).
In cake pan, lay noodles in bottom, touching each other.
Put cottage cheese, then ground turkey mixture, then 3/4 large package of Mozzarella cheese.
Put another layer of noodles and sprinkle rest of Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes to cool before serving.
