Low-Fat Lasagna
Low-Fat Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey (raw), 1 c. chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In skillet, cook meat.
Add onion and garlic and cook until brown and onion tender.
Drain any fat.
Stir in next 7 ingredients, stirring often, for about 15 minutes.
Cook noodles (no oil) and drain.
Stir together egg, Ricotta or cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper.
