Low-Fat Lasagna
Low-Fat Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. 93% lean ground beef, 1 lb. 93% ground turkey, 12 oz. alpine lace fat-free mozzarella, 1 1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese and 1 medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In saucepan, brown both meats and drain.
Mix in spaghetti sauce and spices.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
In 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking pan, spread 1/4 of the meat sauce.
Layer noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese (alternating layers).
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
