Low-Fat Granola
Low-Fat Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. rolled oats, 1 c. grape nuts cereal, 3/4 c. peanuts, 1/4 c. vegetable oil and 1/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine oats, Grape Nuts and peanuts.
Combine vegetable oil, water, salt, vanilla and syrup.
Pour over cereal mixture.
Mix to coat.
Spread on baking sheet. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Stir frequently.
Cool and add raisins.
Store in airtight containers. Makes 32 (1/4 cup) servings.
