Low-Fat Cookies
Low-Fat Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 cake mix (any flavor), 1 egg, 1 1/4 c. lite cool whip and powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix together well the cake mix, egg and Cool Whip.
Mixture will be pretty stiff.
Use a tablespoon of dough and roll into ball, then roll in powdered sugar.
Place the balls on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick coating and use the bottom of a glass to press the dough to about 1/2-inch thickness. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
