Low Fat Coffee Cake
Low Fat Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. bisquick mix, 1/2 c. quick oats, 1 1/2 c. mott's natural apple sauce, divided, 1/3 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 350Β° and grease an 8 inch round pan.
Mix together the Bisquick, oats, 3/4 cup of apple sauce, sugar, cinnamon, egg, vanilla and butter, stirring vigorously for 1 minute and spread in pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
While still hot spread with 3/4 cup of the apple sauce and add topping.
