Low-Fat Chocolate Eclair
Low-Fat Chocolate Eclair is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box low-fat graham crackers, 2 boxes fat-free/sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix, 1 (8 oz.) fat-free cool whip topping, 3 1/2 c. skim milk and 1 can sweet rewards low-fat milk chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place one layer of graham crackers in bottom of pan.
Mix pudding and milk for 2 minutes.
Add Cool Whip to pudding mixture.
Pour 1/2 of mixture over crackers.
Add another layer of crackers.
Spread chocolate frosting over top layer of crackers.
