Low Country Boil
Low Country Boil is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. shrimp or crab boil, 6 large potatoes, peeled, 1 lb. kielbasa sausage, cut in 2-inch pieces, 5 ears of corn, cut in halves and 5 lb. shrimp, peeled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Bring large kettle of water to a boil.
Add shrimp boil and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are half done.
Add sausage and corn. Cook until potatoes and corn are tender.
Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp turn pink. (Don't overcook.) Remove from water. Drain.
Place in serving dish. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning and melted butter.
