Low Cholesterol Dip
Low Cholesterol Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. low-fat small curd cottage cheese, 2 c. reduced fat, cholesterol free mayonnaise, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. white pepper and 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat cottage cheese on low speed of electric mixer until smooth.
Add mayonnaise, onion, white pepper, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and hot pepper sauce.
Mix well.
Refrigerate, covered, at least 8 hours to let flavor blend.
Serve with fresh vegetables such as carrot, celery sticks, broccoli and cauliflower.
