Bake cake according to directions.
As soon as it is out of the oven, poke holes in cake with toothpick and widen a little with toothpick.
Pour condensed milk over cake, then caramel, then chocolate syrup to your desired consistency.
When completely cooled, spread with Cool Whip on top of cake.
It's delicious.
