Louise's Sausage Casserole
Louise'S Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bread, 1 lb. sausage, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 6 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Tear up bread and place in a 2 1/2-quart Pyrex dish.
Brown 1 pound bulk sausage and drain off fat.
Sprinkle over bread. Spread cheese over sausage.
Beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over bread and sausage and cheese mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
