Louise's Herb Toast
Louise'S Herb Toast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf pepperidge farm melba thin bread, 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, softened, 1/2 tsp. tarragon, 1/2 tsp. chives and 1/2 tsp. chervil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Take crusts off bread.
Mix herbs in softened butter.
Spread mixture thinly on bread (enough mixture for 18 slices at least). Cut each slice of bread into 3 strips.
Bake strips on cookie sheet at 350Β° for 15 minutes or until golden toasted.
Cool and keep in airtight container.
