Losfeliz Casserole
Losfeliz Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. wide or medium noodles, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook noodles until tender and drain.
Meanwhile, brown meat in butter.
Add tomato sauce and cook 10 minutes.
Combine cream and cottage cheese, sour cream, green onions, pepper and melted butter.
In 4-quart casserole, spread half the noodles.
Cover with cheese mixture, then remaining noodles.
Top with meat mixture and cover with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
