Longhorn Baked Eggs
Longhorn Baked Eggs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 slices fried bacon, crumbled, 6 oz. longhorn cheese, shredded, 6 eggs, 1 c. sour cream and 1/4 c. whole milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grease 6 custard cups or other microwave-safe dishes; set aside.
Place equal amounts of bacon and cheese in each cup.
Break 1 egg into each cup.
In small bowl, mix sour cream, milk and hot sauce until well blended.
Spoon 3 tablespoons sour cream mixture around each egg.
Gently break egg yolks with fork.
Place egg cups in microwave and cover with paper towel.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes on Medium power until eggs are set as desired.
Garnish with chopped green onions or diced tomatoes.
