Lomi Salmon
Lomi Salmon is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. smoke salmon, 1/2 onion, thinly sliced, 2 green onions, chopped (include green part 2 inches above white), 2 tomatoes, cubed and 6 ice cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Shred salmon with finger; place in bowl.
Add onions and tomatoes.
Press (lomi) or mash slightly with fingers.
Put ice cubes on top.
Refrigerate.
Serve in small side dishes with some of the liquid.
