Lolly Pops
Lolly Pops is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. light corn syrup, 1 c. water, 1/2 tsp. oil of peppermint and 1/2 tsp. food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water; stir until sugar dissolves.
Cook, without stirring, to hard crack stage (300Β°). Add peppermint and coloring.
Cool slightly.
Lay 24 skewers 4 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Drop from tip of teaspoon over skewers to form 2-inch discs.
