Lollipops
Lollipops is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. griffin's crystal white syrup, flavoring extract and food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine sugar, corn syrup, and 1/2 c. of water in a saucepan. Set candy thermometer in pan.
Cook without stirring until the thermometer reads 300Β°.
Add flavoring and coloring, stirring only enough to mix.
If different flavorings and colorings are desired, pour the hot candy into separate warm pans.
Arrange wooden sticks about 2 inches apart in a shallow buttered pan.
Pour a little candy over the top of each stick.
When cold, wrap each lollipop in waxed paper.
Makes about 1 pound.
