Log Cabin Pudding
Log Cabin Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. graham crackers, 1 lb. dates, 1 lb. marshmallows, nut goodies (as many as you want, if wanted) and 1 c. sweet cream or evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mash crackers fine.
Cut dates in 2 or 3 pieces.
Cut marshmallows up, but if you use miniature ones it will take more cream.
Put in cream.
Work into loaf.
Mix it all cold.
Wrap loaf in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
Slice and serve.
