Lo-Cal Quiche
Lo-Cal Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. swiss cheese, 1/2 c. grated or sliced onion, 1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk, 4 eggs and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Spray a 9-inch pie plate with Pam. Grate cheese in bottom of plate.
Put onion on top and 1 cup vegetable if you wish.
All else in blender.
Pour in pie pan on top of other ingredients. Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
