Lo-Cal Meal
Lo-Cal Meal is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. french-cut mixed vegetables (green beans, carrots, broccoli and celery; store brand such as a&p or delchamps are great for this!), 4 to 6 tbsp. teriyaki sauce, 1 pkg. thin spaghetti, olive oil and 2 tbsp. chopped garlic or to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook spaghetti and drain.
Saute mixed vegetables in small amount of olive oil along with any other fresh vegetables you care to add.
If using fresh tomatoes, add just before serving.
Add garlic, salt and pepper.
Mix in cooked spaghetti and about 2 tablespoons sesame oil and teriyaki sauce.
