Lo-Cal Lasagna
Lo-Cal Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey, 1 large green pepper, sliced, 1 c. celery, cut up, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes and 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook turkey, peppers, celery and mushrooms.
Add tomatoes, sauce, water and seasonings and simmer for 15 minutes.
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Spoon small amount on bottom.
Cover with uncooked noodles; pour remaining over top.
Cover with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
