Lo-Cal Fruit Salad
Lo-Cal Fruit Salad is an easy salad you can prepare in just 26 minutes. Made with large can light chunky fruit (save juice), large can light sliced peaches (save juice), cut into chunks, tropical canned fruit (save juice), fresh seedless grapes and/or fresh strawberries and small box sugar-free jello instant vanilla pudding mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Drain and mix fruit, then mix juice and pudding mix (if mixture is too thick, add either fruit juice or water).
Pour mixture over fruit and chill at least 3 hours before serving.
