Liverwurst Pinwheels
Liverwurst Pinwheels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans liver spread, 1/2 c. chopped gherkins, 2 tsp. spicy mustard, 7 tbsp. soft margarine and 1 loaf unsliced bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine liver spread, chopped pickle, mustard and margarine. Trim crust from bread.
Cut into 9 long slices; spread with oleo and 2 tablespoons mixture.
Place gherkin strip across narrow end of each slice and roll up like jelly roll.
Wrap tightly in damp linen towel.
Chill 2 hours.
Slice each strip into 8 pieces.
