Liver Paste
Liver Paste is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 lb. chicken livers, 1 medium sweet onion, 4 hard-cooked eggs and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter in skillet.
Cook onion and chicken livers until onion is transparent and livers are pink; do not fry.
Put liver mixture with juice in the blender.
Add hard-cooked eggs.
Blend well until smooth.
Add garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well.
Add salad dressing.
Mix well.
Refrigerate.
Very good.
