Little Lasagna
Little Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. wide noodles, 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese, 1/2 lb. ground beef, 4 slices muenster cheese, cut in strips and 1 (11 oz.) can ragu with mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Fry ground beef and onions until light brown.
Cook noodles; drain.
Spoon into shallow dish.
Spread cottage cheese over noodles.
Add beef.
Place half each of the cheese strips and Ragu on top; repeat with remaining strips and sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
